Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom teddy bears are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during shipping.

How to Return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

  4. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
